I was impressed with communication between the office and the technician that evaluated my aging sewer lines. Technicians arrived on time and completed the pipe upgrade before the inspection was scheduled. A very good experience from start to finish.

Out of the seven plumbers that I called to come out and help me with a mainline clogged Mr. Rooter was the only one to answer the call and be able to come out same day with excellent customer service great quality of work and at a timely fashion. We will for sure be using Mr. Rooter for all of our future plumbing needs. A huge thank you to my plumber Andrew for his great quality of work and excellent explanation of the service is done.

We were in dire need of a plumber at about 9 o’clock at night on a Sunday night and a snowstorm mind you and this man shows up and explains everything and fixes our problem and was so so nice. I would recommend this company all the way.

My basement sewage ejector pump sent out and I had raw sewage in the basement. I called Mr. Rooter, they were able to send a team out in under 2 hours. The team replaced the pump and explained what had happened to the old one. My emergency was over before I knew it. Thank you!

Where do I begin, with the great service or how pleased I was with the finished product!!! Greg and Ben did an awesome job from beginning to end. They came in and fixed someone else’s mess and gave me a competitive price as well!!! They were on time and cleaned up everything before they left. Do yourself a favor and just call Mr Rooter for your plumbing needs…Im sure glad we did.

Mr. Rooter brought peace and confidence to potentially disastrous situations (frozen plumbing). Aaron was great, he helped defrost what was still frozen and tested every fixture and every appliance using water. Very thorough, very professional and very affordable. Thank you!

Aaron was our technician and I’ve never had better service! He was honest, transparent, and helped us feel at peace. After being fear mongered by another plumbing company he saved us from making a huge financial burden that wasn’t even needed. After today I cancelled my membership with the other plumbing company and we’ll always go to Mr. Rooter from now on. And will always request for Aaron if he’s available. Though I have feeling that every technician is respectful and honest.
